RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of handmade items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you have received your order and there is a problem, please send an email to whatsupcupcakecrafts@gmail.com and include your name and order number in the subject line. We will reach out to you within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items that are ready to ship and in stock will be shipped within 5 business days of order being placed. 

All MADE TO ORDER items and CUSTOM items will be shipped within the specified time frame under each item or as discussed between store and customer. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to whatsupcupcakecrafts@gmail.com.
